You can add Google Docs and Slides to Zebrafi. When added to Zebrafi every Account can have a unique instantiation of your account or opportunity planning document created right from Zebrafi.
1. Download your Google Slide or Doc file to .pptx or .docx
2. Go to admin>sales material> and click + to add a new document template
- Solution- Do you want this Document to appear for only one Solution, or check the blank option and check the box for always include to show this document for
- Name- Enter the name that will be visible to users and will be used to name the document template when opened with Google
- Select Google Docs to open the template via your users Google integration
- Sales Material-Customer Facing
- Strategy- Internal Facing
- Location- Select if the document should show at the account level, opportunity level, or contact level
- Stage- Select the stage at which you want the document to be visible to users. Select the first stage to make it visible immediately.
