Admins

Admins can use Input Comments to help give context to reps. Try these two use cases

1. Insert text to explain how you collect information or guide a prospect to giving an appropriate response.

Example Input = Revenue

My prospect is a startup and they don't have revenue yet! Enter projected revenue for the first year. 

2. Use a hyperlink to direct your sales rep to a web resource to help complete the business case

Example Input = Operating Margin

I want to sound intelligent talking about the companies operating margin insert a hyperlink to Sterns Industry operating margin list

Sales Reps

Sales Reps can edit the comments to note where they got the information, or if the information was verified and by who.
