This instruction set is for creating a unique Account Score. You can also easily mark any existing scores to also be shown at the account level by opening Zebra attributes and checking the box Account Enabled.
Lets create a Zebra Score that only shows up on the account object
1. Create a Solution
- Go to admin>solution> and click + to add a new solution
- Lets call it Account Score, but you could call it whatever you would like
2. Now lets create a Zebra Attribute to Score at the Account Level
- Go to admin> Zebra Attributes and click + to add a new Zebra Attribute
- Select the Solution called Account Score or whatever you named it in the previous step.
- Enter an Attribute Number to order your new Zebra Attributes. Start with 1
- Enter a Name (Organization Profile, Operations, Access To Power, Funding, ROI/Value/TCO, Technology, Service)
- Minimum Score is the Zebra Score required in the previous attribute to unlock the current attribute. Set to 0 in most cases
- Check the box for Account Enabled
- Enter Best and Worst Case Scenario to show the extended description for your New Zebra Attribute
- Click Create to save your work
- Highlight the Zebra attribute you just created
- Scroll down to the description for score 0 through 4
- Click Edit and add the brief description for a score 0 and a score 4
- Click Save
That's it! Continue to add a description for each score, or repeat the steps for more attributes
