Setup these Duplicate Rules in Salesforce

Zebrafi enforces duplicates out of the box and will not allow accounts to sync to Zebrafi if the account name already exists. To keep system in sync it is important that they are both operating according to the same rules. We truly believe that enforcing these rules reduces future time consuming maintenance.

1. Account Exact Name

Goal: Prevent the creation of duplicate Accounts in Salesforce to match Zebrafi's duplicate policy

Create Matching Rule

Step 1:  Select object>Account

Step 2: Insert the details pictured below

Step 3: Activate Matching Rule

Create Duplicate Rule
