Missing Sales Material
This alert will display opportunities and the Sales Material that have not been generated for that opportunity. Every piece of Sales Material is assigned to appear at a designated stage and for designated industries. If you advance an opportunity to the next stage without producing the listed Sales Material, the alert will be triggered. If you find that you have alerts for documents that aren't relevant to your opportunities your Zebra admin may have made all Sales Material immediately available or included Sales Material that apply to a different use case. In this case you can ignore this alert or ask your Zebra admin to further restrict Sales Material by stage or by industry.
This alert will display if an opportunity has remained on the same stage for several weeks. Advance the stage to remove this alert.
Power not Specified
This alert will be displayed for opportunities that are created and have no value entered in the opportunity field: Power. To add Power, first add a contact at the account level. Then, at the opportunity level, you can select Power from the list of account contacts.
ROI Out of Suggested Range
It is recommended that your Value Story produce an ROI that is within a certain credible range. If your ROI falls outside the range of 300-1200% you will receive this alert. If your ROI is below 300% the opportunity is at risk and if the ROI is above 1200% you may have miscalculated the costs of your solution or the potential benefit of your solution.
