Missing Business Case
This is the most important alert. This alert will display opportunities where a business case has not been started yet. Creating a business case is the most important role of Zebra as its been demonstrated that a co-authored business case dramatically increases the probability of a deal closing. Managers and users should keep track of promising opportunities that have not gotten engagement through a business case.
Opportunity Stalled
This alert will display if an opportunity has remained on the same stage for 30 days. Advance the stage to remove this alert.
Power not Specified
This alert will be displayed for opportunities that are created and have no value entered in the opportunity field: Power. To add Power, first add a contact at the account level. Then, at the opportunity level, you can select Power from the list of account contacts.
Overdue Deals
This alert will be displayed for opportunities where the close date has passed.
