Common Solutions
- If you just updated your Zebra Score please wait approximately 10 seconds and then refresh your CRM window. Instead of sending the total score to your CRM after you score each attribute, our system intelligently waits until you are done scoring and then sends the total score to your CRM.
- If you've waited and your Zebra Score still hasnt synced to your CRM check that you have completed all required opportunity fields setup by your CRM administrator. In the future complete all required opportunity fields before scoring your opportunity
- Check the ownership of the account and opportunity. If the account, or opportunity owner has not setup a Zebra/CRM integration the scores may not sync. Ask for assistance with this issue to verify. support@zebrafi.com
