Integration Mapping (Salesforce)

Integration Mapping is what allows fields from Selling to Zebras to sync with fields in Salesforce.

1. Select Admin (from the left navigation menu) | Integration Mapping

Recommended Settings

Note: You should strive for settings that create consistent data between Selling To Zebras and Salesforce. Salesforce requires at a minimum the name field from each section for a successful sync, but you are strongly urged to sync all fields that are editable by your user so records on both platforms are the same.

Import enabled means Selling To Zebras will import fields from Salesforce.

Export enabled means Selling To Zebras will export fields to Salesforce.
