- Select Admin | Users
- Click on the light blue plus icon in the top right corner
- In the new window enter data into the fields displayed, (*represents required fields)
- Select Reporting Person to build the hierarchy of your team
- Select User Type to assign privilege level
- Support | limited access
- Manager| limited access
- Sales| limited access
- Client Admin | full access to all system settings
- Click Create
Note: Your user will be automatically notified by email and provided with login credentials
